Trip Payments & Registration
Academic Field Trips And Tours uses GroupCollect to manage trip registration, traveler information, and online payments. If you have been given a trip code for your upcoming trip, you can use our GroupCollect portal to create your account, register for your trip, and manage your payments.
• How to Register•
1. Have Your Trip Code Ready
Your trip code is provided by Academic Field Trips And Tours or your group leader. You'll need this code to connect your GroupCollect account to the correct trip.
2. Create an Account or Log In
If you're new to GroupCollect, select Create an Account and enter your email address and password. If you've used GroupCollect before, select Log In instead.
3. Enter Your Trip Code
After logging in or creating your account, follow the prompts to enter the trip code provided for your group.
4. Complete Your Registration
Enter the requested traveler information and complete any required registration questions or forms.
5. Make Your Trip Payment
Once registered, you can make your required trip payment through your GroupCollect account and return to your account later to manage additional payments.
Need Your Trip Code?
Your trip code is specific to your group and trip. If you have not received a trip code or registration information, please contact your group leader or Academic Field Trips And Tours before attempting to register.

Payment Information
Payments for your trip are handled through the GroupCollect registration portal. Please make sure you are registering for the correct trip and review the payment amount and trip information carefully before submitting a payment.
